Your Body Has Been
Holding Onto More
Than You Know
Unresolved emotions don't just disappear — they live in your organs, your nervous system, your cells. NET uses kinesiology to locate, address, and release the emotional patterns keeping you stuck.
The Modality
What is Neuro Emotional
Technique?
NET is a mind-body technique that uses the principles of applied kinesiology — muscle testing — to identify emotional patterns that are stuck in the body and haven't been fully processed.
Developed by Dr. Scott Walker and rooted in chiropractic and Chinese medicine, NET works on the premise that unresolved emotional stress creates physiological imbalances. The body literally holds the memory of experiences that were too intense to process at the time.
Anger, grief, fear, guilt — these aren't just feelings. In Chinese medicine, they are energies that are harbored in specific organs. When that energy gets stuck, it disrupts the body's natural flow and can manifest as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and self-limiting patterns.
NET helps the body complete the emotional circuit — releasing what isn't serving you so you can return to your natural, realized state.
In simple terms
"Your nervous system remembers everything your mind has tried to move past. NET lets your body finally let it go — so you can become who you were always meant to be."
Eastern Medicine Science
Your Organs Hold
Your Emotions
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, every organ system is associated with a specific emotional energy. When those emotions go unprocessed, the organ system bears the burden — and the body speaks through symptoms, patterns, and pain.
The liver governs the smooth flow of Qi and emotion. Unprocessed anger and resentment stagnate here, manifesting as irritability, tension, and feeling stuck.
The heart houses the Shen — our spirit and consciousness. Emotional overwhelm and disconnection from joy disrupt its rhythm and clarity.
The lungs process grief and loss. An inability to release and let go shows up as sadness, depression, and holding on to what no longer serves.
The kidneys store our ancestral energy and govern fear. Deep trauma, chronic fear, and shock patterns settle here and deplete our core vitality.
The spleen governs thought and digestion — both of food and experience. Chronic worry and rumination tax this system and affect our ability to nourish ourselves.
Who This Is For
Are You Ready to
Release What's Holding
You Back?
NET is for people who have tried everything — therapy, meditation, willpower — and still feel the same patterns repeating. Because some things can't be thought your way through. They have to be released through the body.
Anger & Frustration
You know you're reacting too intensely but can't stop it. It lives in your body before your mind even catches up.
Anxiety & Fear
A constant hum of worry that won't quiet — even when there's nothing logically to fear. Your nervous system is in survival mode.
Depression & Grief
A heaviness that lingers long after the loss. Grief that never fully completed. An emptiness you can't explain.
Unprocessed Trauma
Experiences that still feel raw even years later. Flashbacks, triggers, and emotional responses that feel disproportionate.
Self-Sabotage Patterns
You get close to your goals and something pulls you back. Subconscious blocks rooted in past emotional experiences.
Chronic Stress & Burnout
Your body has been in overdrive for so long you've forgotten what calm feels like. True reset requires more than rest.
What to Expect
What Happens in
an NET Session
Each session is a conversation between your practitioner, your nervous system, and the intelligence already within your body. Here's what that looks like.
Identify
Using muscle testing (kinesiology), we locate where emotional stress is stored in the body and identify the specific memory or pattern attached to it.
Connect
You briefly connect to the emotional memory or situation — not to relive it, but to allow the body to acknowledge what was never fully processed.
Release
A gentle spinal contact while holding the emotional pattern allows the nervous system to complete its circuit and discharge the stored energy.
Integrate
The body recalibrates. Muscle test confirms the release. You leave lighter — with space for the life and self you're here to realize.
The Tool
Why Kinesiology
Works
Applied kinesiology is the science of using muscle response as a communication system with the body. The body doesn't lie. When it contacts a stressor — emotional, physical, or energetic — the muscle response changes.
This gives us direct access to the subconscious — bypassing the stories the mind tells — to locate exactly what needs to be addressed and confirm when it has been released.
Pioneered by chiropractors and expanded by Dr. Scott Walker's development of NET, this approach treats the whole person: nervous system, organ system, emotional body, and energetic field.
