Your body isn’t broken.

It’s changing.

I help women understand what's actually happening in perimenopause — hormones, symptoms, and HRT — so you can stop guessing and start asking the right questions."

A woman is sitting on a couch while a healthcare professional or therapist kneels in front of her, holding her hands. The woman appears to be in a healthcare or therapy setting, dressed in a white tank top and white pants, with long brown hair. The professional is wearing a white lab coat and earrings, and is smiling gently.

I spent 15 years working aboard world-class cruise ships, treating people from around the globe with a huge range of health conditions using acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and herbal formulation. That work showed me how universal — and how overlooked — real self-care actually is.

Since then, I've gone deep into the biohacking world, interviewing leading voices in the space and learning one core truth: an informed person can make genuinely healthy decisions for themselves. That belief is what I've built my work around — helping people understand their own health well enough to prioritize self-care without feeling like they have to sacrifice everything else in their life to do it.
